Fall Yum

SO Halloween is over! : ( and I am so excited for Thanksgiving! I love baking so this is one of my favorite Holidays of the year... I have been on the search for recipes : ) I wanted to share with you my recipes from last year!

Peachy and creamy, yeah its peach cobbler! I love it and this is my way of doing it and its pretty simple and quite tasty!
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
3 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole dish in 375°F oven while combining flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until blended. Pour peach juice into ingredients until blended.

Pour mixture over melted butter and stir so mixture is smooth in pan,

Add peaches on top and pour tablespoons of peach juice and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375°F.

I can not explain how sweet and good this is and its kinda cake like!

Banana Pudding my way!
So you gotta love banana pudding right! Well of course! So everybody has there way of making it but here is mine!!!

1 Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding (family size)
1 Box of Nilla wafers
4 to 6 banana's
half an 16 oz tub of cool whip.

You make the instant pudding by following directions on box.
cut up bananas in small chunks and add to pudding and mix well.
add wafers to pudding mixture and stir well. even crush some of the wafers and mix.
add half a tub of cool whip and stir into mixture well.
crush wafers and sprinkle on top!
~ for detail you can line the outside of banana pudding with wafers and crush and sprinkle on top!!!~~~

This is a recipe our family enjoys all week not to mention the kids I watch daily! :)

 Easy Baked Apples!~
Slice four to five apples into bite sizes, you can peel or leave the peeling on.

Put 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the baking sheet. Add the apples, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. suger.

Bake at 400 degrees for thirty minutes, this is very tasty and smells awesome while cooking. :))

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup milk1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. 
Spoon into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.
